We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Here’s everything you need to know for the day.
4:30 PM · Arrival & Parking
Please plan to arrive around 4:30 PM to give yourself plenty of time to park and make the short walk to the ceremony.
5:00 PM · Ceremony
Our ceremony will take place outdoors along the lake.
5:30 PM · Reception
Join us for dinner, drinks, live music & dancing!
9:00 PM · Goodnight!
Our reception will wrap up around 9:00 PM. Guests staying at our designated hotel will have shuttle transportation available for the trip back.

From there, it’s a short walk (about 5 minutes) along the lake trail to the ceremony site. Please keep in mind that the trail is a natural path and may include uneven terrain. We recommend choosing shoes that will be comfortable and appropriate for the walk.
Staying at the hotel?
We’ve got you covered! A shuttle will take you from the hotel to the ceremony, then to the reception, and back to the hotel at the end of the night.
After the ceremony, take the same short walk back to your parked car and drive to the reception on the opposite side of the lake. The drive is approximately 3 minutes.

After parking, walk through the ticketing gate, turn left, and follow the path to the Terrace.
